It's all good except the Job Security. However, I'm working since 2016. And Promotion & appraisal can be more improved from the Organisation end.

The company's culture is really good. Hr policies are employee friendly. There is proper work life balance.

Dislikes

The apraisal cycle is late and don't give arries also. There is less transperency in appraisals. Do not promote even if you have performed high.

To be honest Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd along with all the members of our team has now become just like my family . Our Whole time Director Supriya Ma'am, CEO Rajesh Sir and entire management always encourage and motivate us a lot. I really feel proud to one of the part in this organisation.

As a part our Anand Rathi team I would say I don't have any dislikes about my working place cause I did got a wonderful team along with a good working culture & Management.

Uneducated, Unprofessional HR. They don't know how to shortlist Candidate. They reject candidate without any reason. If they not sirious about hiring, so why they posted advertisement on job site. please don't wast Candidates valuable time. Atlast My advice to every Candidate please if you don't want to waste your valuable time, then don't apply in Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers. They will waste your valuable time.
