Work life balance & Quarterly meet with chairman sir from where we can get enough knowledge.

Dislikes

It's all good except the Job Security. However, I'm working since 2016. And Promotion & appraisal can be more improved from the Organisation end.

The company's culture is really good. Hr policies are employee friendly. There is proper work life balance.

Dislikes

The apraisal cycle is late and don't give arries also. There is less transperency in appraisals. Do not promote even if you have performed high.

Uneducated, Unprofessional HR. They don't know how to shortlist Candidate. They reject candidate without any reason. If they not sirious about hiring, so why they posted advertisement on job site. please don't wast Candidates valuable time. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
