Nothing. Fraud and bankrupt company. Few idiots are working for last 10 -15 years on very low salaries and making money by some other way.

Company won't pay salary or expenses. Round the year company has vacancy on every post. After using for one or two months either employee is fired or forced to leave.

Nothing is like about this company ( Lala Ki Dukaan). Total Fraud Company. Owner Prem Chawla Blocked your Number when salary time comes. They are Financially very poor and total bankrupt company. No system, No protocol,No professional Attitude. All the rules and regulations comes in to the picture when the salary time comes. Salary given after 50 days of working hence your 20 days salary has been locked. Please do not work with this company Neighter you will lose your money Nor you will spoil your career.

But you will the paid after the 2months of your joining. The owner of the company is the most pathetic person. who don't know how to talk to the employees. Also the company is fraud and bankrupt and facing many legal issues. You can search over the google about the frauds which this company is going.
