Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Cooperative teammates is only positive thing in this company

Dislikes

No job security and carrier growth.Company is not having any annual appraisal, increment is only possible if you have any other company's offer letter with you. Pathetic HR team, total no cooperation with design department. Six day week working company but expecting you to work for 7 days and no overtime given for ur hard dedicated work

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night mostly I am working in night shift
