I like everything about Anand ICE specially Management.

Dislikes

Principal and Vice Principal of this college are very incapable person. Both are doing politics. Few faculty members are in favour of Principal and few are in favour of Vice Principal. No value of work. If you are doing excellent work and you are giving your best there will be no value.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
