AIIS didn't support employee's skill. Also there is no security of job. The management by the principal is also very poor or you can say bad.

Dislikes

Lot of politics played by the principal and our work is not appreciate any day. Career growth is not good. In lockdown the work from home is very hard because of a worst decisions and ways of principal.
