There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joineed.

Best company comparing similar companies around the vicinity. Top notch equipment and visionary Top mgmt to level-up the company. Spends more on work environment which cannot be seen in nearby companies. Importance given to Workers saftey.

Second level Mgmt wont let you grow in the orgnaization. No mentorship.

The company won't think employees growth, they think company growth only. very hard to get increment and promotions. You can lose your job anytime.

Anand Engineering Products Pvt. Ltd. Trichy is such a rapidly expanding business. I worked there joyfully because everyone got along well, the working circumference is very clean, and they frequently check safety conditions in all working areas such as fabrication, foundry, Admin, Canteen and so on. I learned there how important PPE kits inside the factories and they conduct many training programs in collaboration with other departments to try to improve the next level of the company. If the company advances to the next level, I am glad to be one of the co-workers that helped the company advance to the next level.

Emergency case Late attendance (Permission)relaxation differ from Staffs, Company Worker and Front-liner. I don't know why the female employees were not appointed in Anand Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as per GO.

Standards only in paper level not in field Only need work completion don't hear the voice of problems from the workers They told flat organization but there is so many bend.
