Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

A good opportunity to spoil your life. Thy will provide accomdation and food free. Suitable for persons expecting an average of 10,000 per month.

Dislikes

... shoes inside the CNC machining sector. No security for life. No increment. Less salary. Less OT charges. Have to see OT compelsary.

Learning more for persons how they are treat junior (for me in starting time ).After few years later same but I will try to learn more and teach my juniors for what my learn in this company.

Dislikes

Sincere person have no benefit and other allowance.but one thing my experience I tell totally wasted my knowledge(some double gamer also ).
