Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...the highway of Delhi-Garmuteshwar road. The types of machinery are most modern. The owner always says to top management that you give your workmen maximum salary as per their work performance and rest you distribute to farmers and poor people near about the factory's area. The owner lives in America and never comes to India only he demands the balance sheet from there. So, their culture is very good in all respect. I also like their policy which they have adopted.

Dislikes

There are no family quarters, so their family and their school-going children live at Bulandshar which is far from 20 KM. During season factory employees in bachelor quarters (1 room in 3-4 employees) and during season no holiday is being availed by them but the only emergency they can get. The bus facility of wage board employees is provided only from BSR to factory premises.
