I loved that I worked with a highly talented and innovative designer, well-mannered and pleasant. I enjoyed being at her first retail store in Kolkata, where I was surrounded by a lot of beautiful creations, and learned a lot on the job.

The compensation was not great to start with, but that was not a deal-breaker, since I got the opportunity to work with Anamika Khanna. Unfortunately, scope of growth/opportunity was limited due to the hierarchy, meeting with the designer directly for job opportunity and feedback seemed difficult chiefly due to needing to pass others in managerial positions in the company, and often there was no chance of showcasing my ideas to her.

Dislikes

Company culture is worst too much of integrity issue from the management end. Servants monitor the office employees and work as a spy of Director. This is just no acceptable
