...here. Your qualification does not matters much there since B.E passed out and M.tech guy from good college are working for same profile and at same salary. Even that is acceptable since market is demanding for such employers but they will not cooperate you for your decision which will not benefit them. I had no other option to join there, So look for better opportunities elsewhere.

You get to learn many softwares and multiple components working experience, also you will be exposed to wide range of analysis

1. Poor salary 2. Poor hike 3. No designation change for onsite engineers 4. no long term growth and benefits

For freshers it is a good company to start You will learn Ansys Workbench, hypermesh, APDL etc softwares. You can also get an opportunity to work onsite at Cummins India or other reputed company also.

Pay is less compared to MNCs.

As a fresher, it gives you platform to work in one of the MNC's which handle critical projects in Research and Analysis which helps build your experience with strong technical and personal skills.

Salary is low (considering you have completed your Master's) and there is bond that has to be signed for 2 years which creates problems when you get high salary job

Salary hike work-life balance Job Security Work Satisfaction Company culture Analyzer is a Third-party payroll company that also has in-house teams for CFD and FEA. I lost a project due to internal departmental changes from the contract company, and I was placed on the bench. Despite this, Analyzer never released me and communicated that they would seek another opportunity for me with a different company. The staff at Analyzer is very supportive and takes great care of their employees
