I joined this company with high hopes, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The company's focus on targets without providing training for new joiners challenging work environment. One of the major drawbacks is the strict penalties for not meeting targets or being late. Deducting salaries for not achieving targets pressure Additionally, the company's practice of deducting salaries for late logins overall negative atmosphere. Micro monitoring. The lack of a supportive and collaborative culture makes it difficult to thrive in this organization.

No work life balance, since it's a start up company you have to work overtime. Unnecessary rules by hr, notice period is 02 months, no salary will be paid during notice period and you will get full and final settlement after 30 days after your completion of notice period or sometimes before. No job security.

I'm Learning New Thing Every Day, Everybody Treats Respect Each Other, Working Here is a good Steppingstone for My Career and My Favorite One is every Week They Conduct Special and Interesting Games at Every Thursday for Mind Relax. We Get Good Guidance From our Seniors.

It's been 2 months since I'm working here. Work culture is good. I learnt new things about research as this is my first job in this sector. Manager is also supportive but didn't understand how the research team is responsible for the revenue as they are only collecting data. overall, everything is good.
