There are two teams in this organization- WIZ team- This team is having a zero knowledge on any language. They just use internal tools and they are unable to switch the job as well. IZE team - Here principles are very bad. No promotion, nothing. Specially the AVP name as Murali is having a childish behavior. This team already had a lot of lay off. HR team- Worst HR experience specially this lady name as Amrutha. She is very lazy and avoiding her responsibilities.

Joined with gear hopes that it is run by IIT folks total disappointed.

Dislikes

The co founder based to run or oversee India region is highly political favouritism, doesn't respect people with skills and still there are PPL with no skills being recognised only for unknown reasons. Total burn out working there. Unfortunately since he is on top management even if there is escalation it will result in retaliation.

Everything here is great.

Dislikes

A few delivery managers are very rude and might target you and suspect you're lying even though you're being completely honest. But most of the people here are very kind and helpful.
