Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. 1) No job security, boss fire his employees as soon as he feels that now he is of no need & he fires employees on same day & also dont give them its payment 2) All Senior are from north indians, so the encourage favoratism
