HR policy, getting no response from head office to site team, less hike(3-8%) for site team, No accommodation and petrol allowance, no extra benefits to site team

On time salary. Work is flexible as per site requirements. Performance bonus given.

No job security. Job is till they get the project. First they keep old staff over who deserve. Salary is low as per industry. There is little politics and partiality between employees. Not much of support on site from head office.

... ever worked ,with a family atmosphere it was pleasant to work with my colleges.Always the salary was in time except on 2 or 3 occasions with a prior intimation. It was really learning process with innovations and off course work -life was superbly balanced.

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than ever have before. This employer genuinely care for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here for more than a year now, and I have not heard any grumbling about the company or even the co-workers.

One of the best company for skill development. Good working environment and learning more new things. But don't expect promotion and salary increment.

Most of managers are not like AN Prakash.... He is a gem person (Truth and genuine and overall) and he want to grow all the sub ordinates like him.... But no body have guts like him.... He is the visionary but no one like him
