No job security and no use my experience in AMW management people no systematic work and maximum work in rework these loss of company in main reasoned no opinion in challenge heavy politics in company management Material management not good no use in Rpm method Shop floor is very dirty Old people not cooperate properly and new people continue working in shift No properly weekly maintenance No support in old people inpreventive maintenance No use in my idea my department senior he is no support I am positively in Amw company working but junior people Sanjay chaudhary are very politics Sanjay chaudhary was inform in TA and associate people no idea use in senior D m No systematic approach in tool management Junior level people continuous play in mobile No seriously working General shift people was not properly working B SHIFT NO LIGHT IN shop floor due to ork is risky no sikelled man power in shift people due to reason work dealy No training in junior level people old people Bypass in my idea in old people No preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance No Tpm OIL is very dirty due to reason breakdown percentage is high No support in development of shopflooer No Team work No quality material use No safety in work 12 hours duty in month in 4 to 5 days but no arrange in tea breakfast due refresh in people My total experience in very poor working culture I am interested in working in Amw growth and development but no scope for my experience My knowledge in total plant but no properly used man power
