I worked as a consultant anesthesiologist in Amulya hospital for 3 years 3 months. It's golden period in my life. I did many difficult surgeries here individually, it gives immense professional satisfaction for me. Team is very good. We worked here like a family. They provided all types of drugs n equipment what ever needed. I got a chance to take care of patients from casualty to discharge. We never look at money as a priority. Thanks for amulya hospital founders for giving me the opportunity.. Dr.Sitharam Prasad, Dr.Leela Prasad, Dr.Murali Mohan. Another most important doctor Dr.Raghavendra, he gave opportunity to give anesthesia for most difficult surgeries. Hospital staff also very good at work, Maintaining hospital building also very neatly. thanks to all for everything. Thanks to NAUKRI for providing platform for giving chance to express my feelings.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
