Teammates are not supportive and management is transparent and well wisher work environment very friendly They give good salary, appraisal and bonus every year.

As I am recent joinee so can not say much about the benefits, but I must say the there is no work life balance and also no proper leave policy is there, being a manufacturing unit many thing are required to be maintained but here I can't see such requirements are followed up, HR team doesn't have enough knowledge regarding factory documentation or process, they work as if it is a corporate sector of any IT company.

Nothing to like about , it's just a legacy biz & brand that came to current owner by virtue of split in family biz .

Dislikes

Only the owner is allowed to think , speak & act . Job stability depends on his whimsical nature .

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
