Teammates are not supportive and management is transparent and well wisher work environment very friendly They give good salary, appraisal and bonus every year.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is no salary hike last 3 years. On the job they not given sufficient training.

As I am recent joinee so can not say much about the benefits, but I must say the there is no work life balance and also no proper leave policy is there, being a manufacturing unit many thing are required to be maintained but here I can't see such requirements are followed up, HR team doesn't have enough knowledge regarding factory documentation or process, they work as if it is a corporate sector of any IT company.

Dislikes

1. Leave Policy 2. No work life balance 3. Clarity of any compliance related issue and so on.

Nothing to like about , it's just a legacy biz & brand that came to current owner by virtue of split in family biz .

Dislikes

Only the owner is allowed to think , speak & act . Job stability depends on his whimsical nature .
