There is a lot of politics here and the management doesn't address your issues. Salary increase every 3 yeas and not decent, also career growth is zero. There is bond of 3 years that you have to survive here atleast for 3 years. And after that no other company will take you, because your experience history becomes useless. After resign you have to get continue on job for 3 months you can't leave early because every time HR and Admin department refuses your early reliving application. Pathetic working condition and pathetic lifestyle. You have to do all things for work, eat and maintain it .. no body will help you...

Salary was delayed and took to much effort to get credited to our account which was the major one. Also they are very particular about time when ever their is a meeting held.

Salary Structure is quite good to manage healthy life style near to stay near Ahmedabad. The Cause of this organization is also good that, it supplies quality products (milk & other milk products) to the area of Ahmedabad & nearby.

1. Adequate salary is paid. 2.Pay be the ends of the month. 3.Uniforms are provided. 4. SA / EPF/ INSURANCE /EX GRATUITY / BONOUS / HOLIDAY PAY are provided. 5.Good Works Team . 6.Official environment is good as family. 7.Digital works environment. 8.Weekly OFF is provided. 9.Supprotive official HR / officers . 10.Monitornig by CCTV and traning is provided as needfully.

1. There are no legal aid team. 2. Duty hours are maximum for feild stuffs / Shift wise duty are not avilable for out door stuffs or chilling centre stuffs.

Force to push slow moving items/already expired items/ near to expiry items to Distributor. No help from seniors. 20-30% damage claim settlement to Distributor. They expect 15-20% month on month growth with this policy. Some Product managers are just bogus. No market knowledge only twaddle. Employee perks and benefits are very low compared to industry. Management pass all works to the field sales force. Current MD is just dreaming without solving any issues we are facing in ground level. Employee & distributors both are frustrated with this company. In many areas there are no distributors willing to work with AMUL because of its policy.
