Salary is but lower than other organization in the same sector. Company doesn't have work life balance and there is bond of 3 years before which you cannot redign or else have to pay a hefty amount with three months notice period.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow . the work pressure is very sometime , I have to work 13 - 15 hours . straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the manager do not value an individual unique strength , which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time I so receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during My mind year appraisals.

Salary Structure is quite good to manage healthy life style near to stay near Ahmedabad. The Cause of this organization is also good that, it supplies quality products (milk & other milk products) to the area of Ahmedabad & nearby.

SA / EPF/ INSURANCE /EX GRATUITY / BONOUS / HOLIDAY PAY are provided. 5.Good Works Team . 6.Official environment is good as family. 7.Digital works environment. 8.Weekly OFF is provided. 9.Supprotive official HR / officers . 10.Monitornig by CCTV and traning is provided as needfully.

1. There are no legal aid team. 2. Duty hours are maximum for feild stuffs / Shift wise duty are not avilable for out door stuffs or chilling centre stuffs.
