Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high unnecessary created.

They can snatched your salary and documents if they don't like you. Break time-20 minutes No more coordination f2f No Internet provide to all No transport facility No food facility Poor canteen Not allow to go outside in lunch time Not providing instant leave although Wrost condition Employees works here with out interest Horrible management

...thorough training to fresher employees which will take them to future heights. Amtech pays its Employee a good salary, gives them alternate Saturday off to spend time with family, good bonuse af festivals, their proper and timely medical check up etc...
