Very good company for freshers and It's Work-life balance is too good.

Dislikes

As per my experience i can say company needs to improve salary increment system. Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as i have to attend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, There is no appreciation and they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. The way of talking and politics of management, Which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

Good learning for fresher, but don't settle in this company for more than 1year.

Dislikes

Company had fired lots of thier employees during both first and second lockdown. Company management also pressurized employees for resignation as well just to hire new resources on less pay. Advice to Managers- Please treat employees as family members and think before pressuring them for resignation as they too have their family to look for.

Likes

Such an third fourth class company where you have nothing to new skills not learning anything just cancel your leave because they do not like anyone go to their hometowns and plan trips they want a machine how work 9:30 sharp to 6 pm sharp.

If one that can i share there are lots of i have nothing to say about this organisation if you have a offer with this company and another I would like to say chose another one as compare to AMS Inform....
