Likes

The company is stable with a respected brand portfolio with good compensation package to it's employees with a best in class IT infrastructure and offering a reasonable work life balance. The company culture is not comparable to any MNC but it is not in a state to complain.

Dislikes

Although the growth of the company is reasonable, the growth opportunity for staff is very low due to higher staff turn over and the management is always focusing on new blood to deliver, this result in staff dissatisfaction.
