The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.there is a way to learn all skills for a company that mean it will teaches helper to manager how to do work.in fact I learned total subject of company how to manufacture and dispatch it.i will do totally that and I can run company.there is no pressure to work,that was happy thing.
