Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The AMRON Associated company is work in the security systems propose like CCTV, door locks systems etc. The client are mainly government sector like vigyan Bhawan, police headquarters, tihad jall etc ,also all PVR in NCR. This company maintenances well decipline . I happy works with the company.
