Great to work here as the management is always thinking about wellness of their employees. Has empathy towards the staff members. Training programme, development programmes are organised regularly. Free education for staff children, family atmosphere, skill development, keeps staff members to feel their workplace as their home. .

Dislikes

During COVID period, they could not offer full salary as the fee collection was worst. Anyhow, they have tried their best to compensate.

Good working atmosphere and culture good children, facilities, help for self improvement

Dislikes

Less salary as per the works done. During Covid days half salary only. Really struggling to balance life and expenses.

won't get job satisfaction,salary and other benefits are not getting, job security is not there more over lot of internal politics.

Since institution head is not available every time , institution discipline towards students and teachers not satisfied. Qualified and experienced teachers are not in some department.

Overall good and satisfactory work environment. The plus point was the teammates, we worked as a team.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high. Compensation and appraisal are subjective. Religious rituals and spiritualism are forced on individuals.

•Indisciplined students • classrooms filled bunch of idiotic student who don't even respect teachers.. • no difference between zoo and classroom • students involve in breaking toilets, scribbling on walls of toilets, and all unwanted activities...
