Some partners and seniors are helpful. The work is done as per proper procedures. Professional code of conduct.

Dislikes

Salary, leaves, growth, sometimes work life balance also gets spoiled. You might have to work on Sundays too with no appreciation of your work. Some people get extra benefits on working hours leaves and salary that others cannot even ask for. Miser in terms of staff expenses to be reimbursed for travel, food, hotels etc.
