College is having good infrastructure and located close to Nainital. The management of the AGI is nice and quite pleasant.

Dislikes

Do not expect any appraisal even after the hard work and job security is a little thing management should look into. Working culture is good but Faculties should be treated as Faculty and given the responsibility as per qualification and job scenario. You may struggle for Gratuity and your experience certificate without a recommendation from the top management.

No job security, no holidays, registrar of the institute has no etiquette to talk to women, Marketing team has got zero plans to execute exemplary of institute in market. Even most of the female staff (associate professors) are I'll mannered.
