There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Sala6 is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They do not pay salary on time and neither do they pay conveyance allowance properly too much politics in the company.

Ampro company mene 6 yr kaam kia hai mera roll sales executive ka tha jismai ki car or truck scanner mene sabse ziada sales kiye hai lekin mera kaam business ziada tha to us according salary 23000 tha or koi promotion bhi nahi isliye mujhe ampro company ko quite karna pada

Ampro company mai policies sabse ziada thi kaam karne wale ki koi value nahi tha company mai employee ke liye kisi bhi prakar ka koi benefits nahi tha salary increase or promotion increase nahi hota tha
