Work pressure is too much. Training is not proper . Target based company. Terminates without any notice any does not pay the salary amount.

Worked in the company for 2 months first month was training period. Worked for 24 days the second month and they terminated me for having one approved leave and did not gave any amount of salary for my 24 days work.

I started my journey 3 years back at Amplior as a fresher and within a year I learned about many new things in the data industry in B2B segment, later on, I learned about how to reach out a prospects professionally in the B2B industry. I was promoted to a team leader and a manager in 3 years. Long journey to learn from Amplior and go ahead.

There is nothing that i dislike about Amplior but in the corporate industry there are always areas for improvements, and we are improving on those things day by day

Good environment to learn new things, you have responsibility before time & that's how you learn to grow that the best part.

Dislikes

Management need to act fast accordingly, sometimes they act when there is no hope left. Apraisals should be on time & should not be missed.

Nothing to learn here, no growth and the worse work culture honestly. No professionalism, nothing to gain! If u want average money being credited to your account, kindly join. People who are promoted are simply butterers with zero knowledge base.
