Completely a lala culture in india CSO get insulted by manager whether its a audiologist mistake. CSO can't plan more then 3 days leave. RBH and ABM can say anything thing to CSO whether its a bad words. No time for family even not personal life.

...concentrate more with the work, managers are fine. Company is open to new ideas. Salary is also fine. Politics depends on your bond with managers. The training period is always soo moralising and motivating. All in all it's a good workplace for the startup.

Dislikes

Growth with my salary was slow, as it didn't happened even working after 1 year, managers ignored the statement even after putting the thing many times in front, total ignorance, I was loyal with my work and kept all things in manner and worked with obedience, but failing if the appraisal and ignorance swept me away from the company.

On time salary thats it…. There is no other pros for this company.

1. Poor Management 2. This circus runs by a Manager and a higher management lady. 3. Totally a lala company. I don’t know why they call it a MNC. * Never recommend anybody to join this organisation *

Overall things I like in Amplifon they will provide salary on time and other regular expenses on time,. Also there is lots of things I learning and few people are very cooperative. for support

After eight years experience in Amplifon, I am writing this feedback if we talking about work life balance. Nothing is there and it’s completely depends on management mood for employee benefits. They are not following a policy etc.

Dynamic organisation for learning and development of man management , data analysis and micro management.

Company is decent but growth is slow, sometimes travelling was too much no on job traininga for who joined new in organisation which takes more time to be effective in field.
