Worst culture. Hiring and firing is fun. They pay for slavery. All cost you with LOP. You are late LOP. If you missed the unplanned target date LOP. LOP is base functionality/Culture. Dynamic culture. You cannot think what will be next formal condition. Shouting and insulting team members in front of all other's or in floor is normal here. Highest degree of micromanagement. You will be stalked with each other team members feedback. Very old and useless culture. And BOND is again their secure slavery. No training will be given. But, they will create bond for it. You have to sign and stay with scared mind. NOT need to be skilled. Want to stay for money by scarifying your dignity and self respect, then this is your place.
