Only debit form Salary for mistake happen by you. No trust on employees.Mr. Bijas M one manager don't have mind to work. Really poor manager not eligible for manager. Don't anything except politics. Never join Ample. Salary is very low and high risk of debit.

Salary get on time, employees are friendly & supportive. Helping to each other in any situation. Customer service is also good. Proper training also

No job security because in bose & in apple lot of technical thing is there if u r not enthusiasm on technology then u can't learn plenty things in 2 weeks. Company dnt give plenty chances. 2nd thing if employees do little bit mistake then also they report report to their senior, see everyone having their own weakness that does'nt means complain to senior or city manager, they can directly explain to that guy. It looks that we are in school If any one do mistake like coming late 10-15 min, not proper iron 1 or 2 days thn also they give feedback to city manager

Paradoxically, he unabashedly submits claims for every conceivable expenses, ranging from liquor to restroom charges Upon applying for promotion, the area manager assures your selections but soon after he force you to travel an unfamiliar city-an offer you decline due to unfamiliar or lack of residence. If you accept, you endure blame without proper appraisal or benifits. If you refuse, the area manager ask you an email committing to two more years without seeking promotion for documentation purposes.
