Dislikes

No personal life and huge politics in a small team. There is no appreciation of the work as middle management is highlights only the person in front of higher who linked personally with them not who work hard and loyalty.

As Amp is a project company so at times work can become extremely overwhelming. Decision making in the organisation is centralised and organisation can benefit from some delegation.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
