There is no such reason but there is a very largest reason ,in this company ,training and keep the engineers for 1 year remove them.Company does not make training role engineers permanent.

Getting more knowledge about different type of cables.For permanent employee can get every benifits,good salary hike and bonus every year.there is huge cafeteria also.

Only thing that partiality between employees and contract people's.. otherwise Amphenol is wonderful platform for learners..

... Management and teammates are highly supportive. Company policies are excellent. And initial salary offered is high but hike is low. Good company for life settling. Overally No work pressure and smooth work flow and good management and timings.

Dislikes

No training for new joiners. Low hike. Even though they highly depend on contract base workers they not hiring contract base wokers as a permanent employment. And finally as usual Politics✌️😃.

...rk. Coworkers are amazingly talented with a common goal of getting the job done. Pay and perks are good and management is highly cooperative.overall my experience was great in amphenol.

Nothing except the canteen food which they serve everyday. 😅

Nothing to say any negative things.The company will work for six days. I would suggest to make it 5 days by adding the 6th day work hours to that 5 working days. At least for some departments. Thats all..
