Management is pathetic, Managers and the Vice President don't treat the employees well. They disrespect their employees. Zero work-life balance. Work timings are extended most of the time. The workload is mostly high. No job security. Internal office politics and rude behaviour of senior employees.

Cheap thinking & behaviour, egoistic managers / directors, zero work life balance, managers playing games on production floor, non deserving employees getting promotions and appraisal.

What's there to like about it there was no work life balance they do not have any work ethics poor infrastructure and poor management skills

Everything there is no work only you are Recruiter but you are doing cold calling tele communication job as their are no proper vacancies to hire.

nothing... there is no job safety at all. If u finish ur shift at 8 pm so you would come to know at 8:10 pm that, this was ur last day. Dont come from tomorrow.
