Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Except for the team mates , there was nothing good in this fraudster company... Don't ever believe these people...

...ur efforts in the name of so called *Employee* and pay you nothing at the end... I mean the salary which an employee is suppose to get in their work place as an compensation... They would make you beg for your own money... There was no one for us to tel about this... So please be aware of such kind of fraudsters these days...
