Company hiring full time candidates but at the time of salary they deduct salary as per Target achieved, team changes every month.

...t is very transparent they inform us everything what they are expecting with us. We have always received the salary in time , also the reimbursement amount has been cleared immediately after submitting the bills. We get our increment every year in time as per our performance.

Nothing is there , only thing we need mediclaim insurance for all the sales team which will be beneficial to each family members.

I associated with Amogha Polymers since 2024. On time Salary. Management is very supportive . well experienced supportive seniors & HO they will give guidance and support to achieving my targets . Work life balance is good, I am getting here good working experience it will help me a lot to enhance my professional skills. I would suggest good place to work.

Achievement base they will provide you salary. Exceptional set up is not there even what they have strategy long time survival it's be too difficult for current market position. There have no good perks for employee as well as for distributor also. Only they want business else nothing

...to their new joinee employee, that employee are not satisfactory as per company. They will deduct 50% of salary as well as expenses from the very 1st month.
