One of the worst company till date I have ever worked. Company believes in hire & fire method a lot. HR will convey to their new joinee employee, that employee are not satisfactory as per company. They will deduct 50% of salary as well as expenses from the very 1st month.

The work environment is good and team mates are very supportive. The management is very transparent they inform us everything what they are expecting with us. We have always received the salary in time , also the reimbursement amount has been cleared immediately after submitting the bills . This so called Hubli Branch accountant who used pretend like an obedient employee has finally revealed his true colors! It has come to our notice very recently from the landlord of our Hubli branch office that this "Honest" Branch account pocketed the water chargers for the past 25 months after collecting the same from the company but not giving to the landlord. In fact this "Honest" Branch accountant is not willing to return the company's imprest amount lying with him! Further this "Honest" person worked for more than 4.5 years at our Hubli branch & as there was hardly any work because of low sales turnover, utilized the time to learn computer language like Python, SQL etc., & has now become an "IT" person in Bangalore. Instead of being grateful to the company for paying him salary for 4 .5 years with practically no work, he is now spreading false hoods about the company in the the social media. He just ran away to Bangalore from Hubli to join the New company without even handing over the charges to HO Accounts & now posting messages using words like "Fraud person" / "Harassment" etc., against the company. As a company we operate in a transparent manner & willing to debate with any employee who may have some issue but we cannot accept such false allegations from the persons who are basically dishonest & blame others. Instead of posting such fraudulent message, why cannot this "Honest" person reply to our mail seeking clarifications on expenses, sort out the matter amicably & collect his final settlement?...Read More

There have not any type of grade wise promotion. They only increase salary on every year asper performance. They have not provide any type of Anualy bonus.
