The salary is always on time.

Dislikes

It is the worst company ever. No one raises their voice against the inhuman practises that goes on in the company. They make you work 24hrs. a day. There are holidays but the pressure is such that you will have work even on those days. People even carry their laptops and work even during vacation. Thus, the employee retention rate here is extremely low. So if you really want to work here, join at you own risk.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Amnet is a good start for learning things

Dislikes

The appraisals are not so satisfactory. Maintaing work-life balance is quite difficult as sometimes we have to work extra hours for which we are no getting paid.
