Teamwork is good here, amnealiam culture is very good they are like family. job security is high.

Salary structure is not good. Even the hr department is also bad. They know but still they are not taking action.

All the Pharmaceutical Companies earn good income in lockdown still some provide no increment or even problem in salary credited while amneal is transparent in this and never have such type of issue because if amneal earn then it is willing to give money or credit to their employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

A company having open culture. You can directly talk to higher management for any concern.

The company is not given any rise in salary at the time of promotion. There is lacking to differentiate between performing and non performing persons.

Appraisals and promotions are always dismal even for deserving candidates. Salary offered vs designation/experience mismatch a lot and are fairly low compared to industry standards.
