Salary which comes within time after end of every month. Also over time on gross salary gives you work satisfaction even after so much work load. Food is of comparatively good quality,if you compare with nearby companies.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. QA has lots of workload here, equivalent to production. Not provided sufficient manpower, so we have to manage extra work also. QA Manager appointment is not at all supportive to IPQA persons in the floor. He himself is fugitive person from his last organization & lacks ethical values. HR & F&D head have too much involvement in the production area. Increament is never within time. Some times in September, sometimes in December. Management always makes fake promises regarding increament within time every year. QA persons don't have sufficient power to control activities .

Such a terrible company to work with. No facility, No system, Even QA executives are doing in line clearance. No respect for designation.

... system. Only play blame game. Don't provide you bus facility, canteen facility.Dont pay for EL. Person must be shaved on daily basis. Punch should be 10 minute prior to time.total harrrasment.

Teammates are supportive but management very bad . company polices are not good and no salary hike . and any case your accident so you without informe you left in ANN company. No intimation letter no warning letter for patient direct Left . sorry for that but it's true.

Job Security is best for any employee because head is very supportive and no any fructuation from any head but due to my low salary i want to left from AMN life science because there is no any policy regarding experience and package so I kindly request to Mr.Ashish khemka sir CMD of AMN life science please incorporate a new policy.

Management is incapable of managing anything which results in more employee turnover, since it is new organization it lags in becoming employee oriented company.
