Colleagues are of good nature but they are badly stuck there.

Dislikes

Most of my other colleagues were given Experience and Relieving letter even after serving notice period for just a week and few worked without salary also for nearly 45 days with great pain. While even If I was ready to work without salary for 30-45 days also, they denied giving my letter. They are not at all professional by nature.

It is only the pay they tempt you with but it is not worth to take risk on your career

Dislikes

The work culture is not at all properly organised. Anybody can understand from there interview procedures and joining documents. Atleast after you join the organisation, you will understand quickly that it is not good. No hierarchy between employees. Not much of work for any team. I have seen many employees leaving organisation or organisation asking them to leave with no notice to be served. I feel that they are hardly sustaining there business.

Work environment is good. Good support with the management and team.

Dislikes

Most of the company have the same dislike from the employees about their job security, but we can't blame the company if they didn't get any work load.
