The work life balance is amazing and really commendable. The seniors and the company owner are very friendly. If you are sales profile person, I would recommend this company for sure.

Dislikes

The salary deduction due to poor performance is decided by the manager or department head and not HR. The manager has the final call, which even the HR cannot change.

The manager, I was under, was really understanding person. The start-up kit they provide is really useful and it has to be noted in other organisations too.

The work-life balance was horrific. The funny part is that, I still don't understand why the Admin team has to give orders to Sales team. They neither know the real time market nor meeting the clients in day-to-day basis. Also the clients' feedback was not taken seriously.

Colleagues are very cooperative, all festival celebration, Agm, picnic organising by company and all Saturday off

One man show company , all decision taken by owner of the company Mr. Mehta. HR is like pupett.
