There is absolutely no job security, worst culture, management head afraid to take responsibilities.

...olitics and the management is totally disinterested about employees' grievances. Salary structure doesn't match with market very less. There's a bond of 1.5 years which employee cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
