Company culture is not good and incriment not a fixed. And no any promotion... Etc.

Work environment is not good. They want you to work till 11 but dont talk about compensation and benefits. No facilities only 2 cup tea. At the very 2nd day after joining they put all pressure on you. If you are handling dispatch or installation or packaging then god helps you. Too many meetings.. they'll say to you.. only you can hansle this thats why we selected you.. you should work hard.. dont think about money and time if you want to become ceo in future.. blah blah..

the management is really helpful, so much to learn . I make incentives here which i never had in any other company and haven't heard of in my profile. the monthly meetings keep a healthy and good culture
