Only 40% salary given during lockdown even after the factory was fully operational. No salary hikes, no other benefits, no HR policy.

Salary cuts for late attendance. No salary slips issued by HR. Management does not trust employees. No support offered to new joinee. Salary comes after 15'th of next month. Customer complaint not addressed on time.

Coming is growing at the nice pace, so get an opportunity to grow professionally as well as personally with the company. Get to know many areas of the work which I never had. Small set up, helping people around us. work wise. it's a good company to work with. Company is the export house and try to put innovation in the production facility.

Dislikes

Should be more formal channel. HR policies should be at place so everyone can be treated equally. Should have adoption toward IT technology.
