Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company Managing Director is good and his behaviour.

Dislikes

...ement is not good and supportive. There is not employees incentive and benefits. Salary is also too late. And one thing is not good about PF there is no PF for employees. But overall ABPL is good company

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable, highly quality product and has a global client base .As a result, I get to travel abroad

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
