Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

1. No promotion 2. There is no HR policy 3. No salary certificate given. 4. Bonus is very less. 5. ISO company but no group insurance, mediclaim etc 6. No experience letter is given after Resignation. 7. No Grautity. 8. Basic salary is fixed less benefit in PF 9. Old working methods. 10. Worst team leaders who misleading management. 11. Poor Response for employees issue.

The company offers good working environment and handles all types of projects. I was employed as a structural designer apart from designing i was made to learn drafting and estimation. I was really very happy working with Aminbhavi and Hegde Associates.
